"All the Aakash modules are having a base NCERT, and exam questions in exercises. Being an Ex- Aakashian, I have experienced that thing. I was in non- medical department but the modules remains the same except zoology and botany. All the theoretical part of the modules is the same as in the NCERT books. The important thing is that all the exercises at the back of every chapter are the last year questions and all the questions are logical. Cracking of exams like AIPMT is first level is NCERT base which is easy to crack from Aakash modules and the second level requires more knowledge and question practise which can also be done using the modules. Main logic is to solve all the back exercise daily or with a routine so that you should have enough time to solve all the questions and to revise them.
